Shipping policy

ENSURE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS USED 

Due to third party extensions and partnerships with other platforms and companies - no changes to addresses and orders can be made after purchase has been completed. Please ensure you use correct details for this reason. We will try our best to assist where possible but where it is out of our hands we are unable to make changes even if you notify us. This also applies for changing your order. 

Especially where an order has been booked - no changes can take place and customer will be liable for redelivery fee. 

We endeavour to ship items as soon as the order arrives which currently 1-2 days working days. 

Delays in delivery is not grounds for return/ refunds as we use large carriers and it is not within our control where in some instance delays occur. We ask for your patience in this regard.

All deliveries are delivered by courier except those dispatched to an Australia Post receptacle.

All shipping prices are set in accordance to the weight scale.
